Although based in north Queensland, GreenCM works with businesses, organisations and groups across Queensland and Australia. As a virtual service delivery specialist, we reduce costs without compromising quality.
Experience
GreenCM has over 45 years of experience collaborating across multiple industries including Small Business, Hospitality, Construction, Sport and Recreation, Education, Cleaning, Retail, Agriculture, Government and Non-Government, Trades People, Defence Forces, For-Profit, Not-for-Profit, Community Groups, Volunteers Groups and Startups from small to multimillion dollar budgets.
GreenCM has over 30 years of experience developing and delivering participant-centred strengths-based support and mentoring programs.
GreenCM has over 20 years of experience across the Human Resource Management field, including designing employee role descriptions; identifying and recruiting appropriate staff; executing effective training, induction and onboarding programs; and managing, supporting and supervising complex teams.

Kelly Clarke
with a background across small business, government and administration from Government contracts, Trades, and Construction.
Kelly holds a university qualification with distinction in Education. Kelly also holds qualifications in Business, Beauty Therapy, Nutrition, and Health and Recreation. Kelly has owned and operated a number of small businesses across a number of sectors including Government contracts, Health and Beauty, Electrical Trades, and Construction.
Kelly brings extensive experience across a number of domains including Supervision and Mentoring; Human Resources; Payroll, Bookkeeping and Administration; planning, developing and delivering Educational Programs; Accountability and Government Reporting; and responding to Critical Incidents.
Shane Greenwood
with a background across the not-for-profit and government sectors from frontline service delivery to management and governance oversite.
Shane has extensive experience managing multimillion-dollar, multi-year government service delivery contracts. Shane also has extensive experience in successfully meeting all accountability requirements, key performance measures and delivering projects on time and on budget.
Shane holds university qualifications with distinctions in Human Resource Management, Community Development, and Indigenous Studies. Shane also holds qualifications in Management, Company Directorship, Community Services, Youth Work, Accounting, and Training and Assessing.
Shane is experienced across a number of domains including Governance, Accountability and Government Service Delivery Contract Reporting; Managing, Supporting and Supervising complex teams; planning and leading Disaster Recovery Responses; planning, developing and delivering Community Educations Sessions; planning and delivering Strengths-based Supervision and Mentoring programs; Risk Identification and Management; Policy Development; and responding to Critical Incidents.
