GreenCM brings decades of combined experience across small business, not-for-profit, community, government and industry settings — from grassroots groups to organisations with multi-million-dollar budgets.

Shane brings experience across the not-for-profit and government sectors — from frontline service delivery through to management and governance oversight.
Professional summary
Shane is a Strategic Human Resource Management professional and GAICD-certified director who advises senior leaders on practical HR, compliance and organisational risk.
He combines contemporary HR practice with a strong grounding in industrial legislation, governance, compliance auditing, organisational change and crisis management. He is a member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), and is committed to helping organisations build safe, fair and high-performing workplace cultures.
